Wordpond Dashboard is an advanced content management system (CMS) designed for enterprise clients to organize, track, and oversee their digital publications. I led the UX design, emphasizing intuitive navigation, data visualization, and efficient content management. My work streamlined complex workflows, improved user satisfaction, and enhanced team collaboration. I worked closely with product managers to prioritize user permissions and data organization, while collaborating with engineers to ensure data performance and secure version control.

I initiated user research, conducting interviews with target users to uncover their pain points with existing SaaS tools. This helped me identify that users struggled with tool integration and data visualization.
